Helical have used their decades of design, manufacture and supply experience in the automotive emissions sector for both OEM and Aftermarket, to design and manufacture their own performance exhaust systems for premium sports cars.
Helical has established the TXR Exhaust brand to go beyond what is offered by OEMs and current Aftermarket. By analysing exhaust gas velocity and flow using CFD technologies, onsite test facility and test track, TXR exhausts are designed and tested to increase performance and improve sound compared to the OEM offering.
By using titanium alloys, along with hyper-car quality exhaust valves, TXR produces a quality and reliable, lightweight performance exhaust system, to withstand the most challenging requirements, whilst offering a great sounding tone at an affordable price.
TXR currently offers a valved performance titanium exhaust system for the Porsche 911 Turbo/Carrera (992 platform), and the BMW M3/M4 (G80 / G82 platform), with future vehicle applications currently in development.
